IMPORTANT

SERIAL NUMBER: If the serial number is not found, a mismatch message will appear. If so, contact the
distributor/salesperson from whom the instrument was purchased.

DATABASE ACCOUNT: Your Professional Cloud Database Account is created immediately upon performing the
download. Please note that your account is HIPAA compliant. If you need a BAA, please email us at
tech@btterphysiology.com.

GO APP: If you wish to download the CapnoTrainer GO APP on your cell phone or tablet go to the Play Store or Apple
Store. Upon downloading and installing it, enter your email and password to engage it.

BASIC SOFTWARE: The BASIC software is also downloaded on to your computer. You can switch between Basic and
Professional versions as desired from the GO Professional dashboard.

TRANSFER

Click here to transfer ownership.

Enter your email and password.
Enter all serial numbers being transferred.
Enter a new email and new password, as prompted.

A new cloud account will be established automatically.
You will no longer be able to operate these CapnoTrainers.
If you transfer all serial numbers, you can still access your data.
